School is out for summer – and we have opened our Free Little Library (Charter #204902)! Located next to the Middle Creek Insurance office at 9704 Fayetteville Road, Raleigh NC 27603, this Free Little Library was built by Joe Boos for the Downtown Fuquay-Varina Rotary Club. Members from the Rotary Club came out to install and paint the library (and to add some flowers!). Located just off Highway 401 (the intersection of Ransdell Road and Fayetteville Road), this library is open, full of elementary and middle school books, and we have added a few books for grownups, too! As part of the Rotary service projects to encourage literacy, The Downtown Fuquay-Varina Rotary Club has installed three (and counting!) little libraries around Fuquay-Varina.
The Rotary club signs are now displayed making this little library easy to spot and the Free Little Library registration has been added to the front. Come check out some summer reading! Our book selection is constantly changing, so try us often.
How this library works –
Take Books. Anyone may take a book – neighbors, friends, and passersby – the books are always free.
Share Books. Book donations are welcome at this Little Free Library.
