(Spoiler: It’s Two Projects… and We’re Still Open!)
If you’ve driven past Middle Creek Insurance lately, you’ve probably noticed the cones, the trucks, and the crews making things happen out front. We’re here to clear up the mystery: it’s not one project — it’s TWO! 🎉
Right here at 9704 Fayetteville Rd in Raleigh, at the intersection of Ransdell Road, a pair of upgrades are underway to keep our community running smoothly and connected better than ever.
🔧 Project #1: A Wider Sewer Line
Crews are hard at work installing a wider sewer line to accommodate growth in the area. It’s an upgrade that will benefit everyone long-term — and yes, it’s one of the reasons you may see extra equipment parked nearby.
🌐 Project #2: Fiber Cable Installation
At the same time, workers are installing new fiber internet lines (hello, faster speeds! 🙌). Once complete, this will boost connectivity for local homes and businesses — including us!
⏳ How Long Will This Last?
The great news: both projects should take less than two weeks and are expected to be wrapped up well before our December 2nd Red Cross Blood Drive. That means smooth access for all donors and volunteers!
